My name is Stephanie, founder of Solace and your therapist. I have always believed that beauty therapy is about more than just treatments — it’s about care, connection and creating a space where people feel truly valued.
During my time as a beauty therapist, after having my daughter, I also completed degrees in psychology, which gave me a deeper understanding of wellbeing and confidence. That knowledge has shaped how I approach every treatment — with empathy, patience and focus on helping each client feel at ease in their own skin.
Outside of Solace I’m a proud mum of wonderful children who inspire me daily. I also love painting and creative expression — they’re my way of staying grounded and connected to the artistry I bring to every treatment. I’m also incredibly grateful for the support of my partner, Nick, whose encouragement and belief in my vision have been consistent.
